After releasing what could be described as two of the best skate punk albums in recent years, the last thing most would have expected fromĀ Strung OutĀ is to change what clearly was a winning formula. This 8 track mini album does really blow the band away from any previous releases in terms of style; TEOSD wears the bands metal influences on its sleeve more than any of other releases. Itās certainly a lot heavier and much more experimental than anything else Iāve ever heard on Fat Wreck and well, if anyone could pull it off it would beĀ Strung Out.
